We aim to despatch every order as soon as soon as it arrives in the office. CDs are sent out by first class post in the UK, and by airmail abroad. Occasionally a CD may be out of stock – we will contact you if we expect your order to take longer than 14 days to process. Please note we will accept returns of faulty CDs in the original packing if sent return mail and will endeavour to ensure you are credited as soon as possible. This process can take longer than one month.
